A student of metaphysics for as long as I can remember, but also caught in religious ideals for too long. Suffering was the norm,  until I understood that God is love, unencumbered by my flaws. Letting go of shame and guilt were necessary to seeing all that life has to offer, in building a foundation of unconditioned love.

Your trauma does not define you.  You are safely held here.  You are an expression of Divine Love, and there is nothing more powerful than that.
